DIN MODULE SINGLE-PHASE TRANSFORMERS

  

  General specifications for standard series models*.

  • Protected against class I direct and indirect contacts.
  • Not resistant to short circuits or overload.
  • Designed for fixed installation.
  • Reference operating temperature 25°C.
  • Built to EN 61558-1 and VDE 0551 standards.
  • Degree of protection against direct contacts IP20 according to IEC 529 guidelines.
  • Insulation class B
  • Test voltage between primary and secondary windings 4 KV.
  • Test voltage between windings and earth 2.5 KV.
  • Magnetic core in silicon lamina with a loss figure of 1.5 W/Kg
  • Painted with air or kiln dried paint (class H).
  • Windings in class F (155°C) or class H (180°C) resin
    enamelled copper wire.
  • All components and materials used in the manufacture of the transformer are certified and conform to the relative standards.
  • Casing consisting of two half shells in PA 6-6 + 20% FV insulating material (or heat resistant on request). Colour RAL 7035.
  • Windings protected by two covers in PA 6-6 + 20% FV insulating material (or heat resistant material on request) colour RAL 5010
  • Terminals directly in the two half shells, sliding type
  • Live terminals inaccessible and no electrical connections exposed.
  • Extremely compact and lighter compared to similar resin built appliances.
  • Can be fixed with DIN rail system or with screws to the bars fixed to the casing.
