General specifications:

Designed and built to European standards (EN 61046). Standard series products are IMQ certified.
Special versions for the American or British markets are produced to suit the different voltage supply. Most electronic transformers are also SELV specification certified to EN 60598. Other models have equivalent SELV specifications.

Protected against overload, overvoltage, overtemperature and short circuit. Heat protection is normally progressive with automatic recovery thermistor, with some models recovery is with power reset. In this case, there is optimal protection from short circuit along the full length of the wires connecting to the lamps.

Regulated by a dimmer with IGBT. Some models have a TRIAC. Some wire mounted models or models which are to be incorporated into systems are adjustable using a touch key or cursor, others are designed for external regulation using a potentiometer or separate button or can have a sensor.
